on all purchase orders:
- Name of organization
- Billing Address and A/P phone number
- Shipping Address
- Part Number and Quantity of Item to bepurchased.
- Name and Proper signature of purchasing agent.
- Contacting phone number
All purchase orders with suspicion of fraud will be reported immediately
to higher authority.
